The Successful Conduct of the 2018 嗎司Year-End Summary and綠快 Commendation Conference of China 得樂Goldjoy Group

 

China Goldjoy Gro那刀up conducted a Year-End Summar海信y and Commendation Conference for煙內 the year 2018 in the afternoon of 23國關 January 2019 with multiple a樂玩gendas.  Chairman 冷技Yao Jianhui, the Group management, the middle and high-level repres訊雜entatives of each subsidiary and the玩我 employees commended for outstand在小ing performance attended the con舞在ference.

 

 

1.     懂學     Presentation of Year-End R通嗎eport by Subsidiaries

Management of each subsidiary志關 started with an overview of oper金土ating performance and謝鄉 problems encountered at work in笑跳 2018.  Th劇劇ey made a preliminary ou愛又tlook at work in 2019 and a 能務proposal for management improvement雪公.

 

2.    &nb熱現sp;    請開; Presentation of Year-E習呢nd Report by th請窗e Group Management & 這弟Sharing of Management Expertise

The Group management reported on th間計e work summary of 2018 and the work pla西個n for 2019, and shared its是和 management expe下河rience with the conference participa暗用nts.  Three core requirement舊公s were proposed, namely “the resul爸下t of the Group’s performance is an見身 attribution and reflec如大tion of management”, “strengthening int間可ernal collaborat新兵ion to achieve ultima筆場te targets” and “emp靜文loyees are to have an overall 海影perspective and develop with the輛日 company”.

 

3.      &技跳nbsp;   Delivery of a Keynote 的火Speech by Chair坐他man Yao Jianhui

Chairman Yao Jianhui granted his fu低南ll recognition to all staff for議子 their dedicati關開on and hard wor訊慢k, and high appreciation to the managem們一ent team in the conference.  He analy友筆zed the general economic environme著請nt in 2019 and s暗說uggested two management 道月requirements namely “Staying吃唱 prudent and manage risk reasonably” 報器and “encouraging employees to mak微票e suggestions for the develo慢師pment of China Goldjoy Group”.
