Glory Sun Financial Group Limited (“Gl物村ory Sun Financia鐵個l” or the “Group”, form物可erly known as “China Gold白員joy Group Limited”; stock 筆件code: 01282) has announced the chang物能e of its Chinese company name from ‘‘中理飛國金洋集團有限公司’’ to ‘‘寶新金融集團有限公司’’ and its E地明nglish name from ‘‘China Goldjoy G國能roup Limited’’ t朋離o ‘‘Glory Sun Financial工自 Group Limited’’. The stock short 玩對name of the Shares for 土不trading on the S資器tock Exchange will be changed f輛火rom ‘‘CHINA GOLDJOY’’ to ‘‘GLO錯土RY SUN FIN’’ in English and飛短 from ‘‘中國金洋’’ to ‘‘寶新金融’’ in Chinese 海西with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 31 M不是ay 2019. The stock code o鐵美f the Company remains 我歌unchanged as ‘‘月小01282’’.
The related resolution was appro兒媽ved by 99.9% of shareholders at the Ex民電traordinary General Meeting 少樹held on 30 April, a cle飛些ar demonstration of the shareholders校裡’ support for the Group’s deci和人sion to change 歌自the company name as we男錯ll as its future development direction.器海 The name change is expected to be近開nefit the Group’s future b男妹usiness development a裡家nd better reinforce i地器ts new corporate identity and image, 計如which is in both its own inter子老ests and those of計銀 its shareholders.
